Pani puri – my flashback to India
Something fresh like mint, something hot like chili and something not identifiable. In other words: a taste explosion in your mouth. That’s how I would describe these little puris. Yesterday I had been at a street food festival where I discovered the little pani puri again – a flashback to my visit to India last year where they are a famous street food.
